Progam Notes

‘Healing’ is a duet for two violins. The musical theme in the first violin dominates the piece with slight variations. It possesses a feeling of longing and aspiration for recovery or transformation. In a metaphorical sense, the instruments can describe a type of relationship that undergoes a transformative healing process. We all have experienced emotional pain in some way, but the process of healing is that which makes us endure and become stronger beings.

‘Healing’ was performed in December 2019 at the DMBUC”Ilija Nikolovski-Luj”High School of music in Skopje.
